DANTOM Facilities

DANTOM maintains geographically dispersed facilities, to ensure it can meet service level agreements even in the face of an emergency. Each facility operates at less than 75 percent capacity to ensure all records can be processed quickly even if an usually large file is being serviced.

Michigan

The three acre campus in Wixom, Mich., includes 65,000 sq. ft. building with a carefully designed workflow for maximum efficiency.
 
Team members access the building using HID proximity readers. Once inside, employees are allowed access only to areas necessary for their particular job function. Additional security is provided by camera-monitoring systems installed throughout the building in highly sensitive work areas with digital monitoring and storage maintained 24/7.
 
To ensure service continuity even during a power loss, DANTOM has a 30-second automatic transfer to a backup diesel generator. This ensures the company continues to process files and meet its quick turnaround guarantee to customers.
Ohio

DANTOM's Newark, Ohio facility is the receivables document production center for over 65% of all hospitals in Ohio. A 20,000 sq. ft.  facility focuses on complete variable color print technologies. The site also plays an important role in the corporate structure by acting as a back-up site to the Wixom, Michigan production location. 

An additional office in Cincinnati, Ohio serves as the Data Online development and support team. A 4,000 sq. ft. facility, it is the site for all in-house user training and user meetings.

Kentucky

DANTOM's eServices have a necessity to be available around the clock.  To ensure 99.999% uptime, the majority of our eService product offerings are hosted at a secure data facility based in Louisville, Kentucky.  The facility currently hosts more than 44,000 domains for customers in over 120 countries. It also provides comprehensive network protection, automated server patching, and advanced server monitoring for more than 2,000 servers. The highly-redundant 33,000 square foot facility features the latest technologies in security and power efficiency. The network is Juniper and Foundry powered, is a Microsoft Gold-Certified Hosting Partner and 2009 Microsoft Hosting Partner of the Year, and is also a Strategic Dell Hosting Partner.
